Welcome to the Goulbourn ROCKETS online registration process. Registration is now open to any player (current or new) who feels the sky is the limit and would like to become a ROCKET!

Registration is limited in all divisions so early registration is crucial to insure a place for your player.

Registration again this season is a two-part process - step one is through GGHA’s TeamSnap and the other step is through the OWHA’s RAMP.

A player's registration is not considered complete until TeamSnap AND RAMP registration have been submitted and payment has been made.

?We encourage all families to register by August 15 as we expect registration spots will fill up quickly for the 2021-22 season. Players registering after the 15^th could be placed on a waiting list and the early bird discount will no longer be offered.

NO PLAYER will be allowed to participate in any GGHA activity without payment (if opting for the payment plan payments must always be up to date).

FEE STRUCTURE

PROOF OF AGE

All players new to GGHA are required to upload an ELECTRONIC COPY of their BIRTH CERTIFICATE into RAMP (or an image of a document to prove date of birth) to complete the registration process.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by credit card or e-transfer. Payments by either method can be made in up to four equal instalments or all at once.

E-transfer

• If paying by e-transfer no processing fee is charged.
• Payments can be made to payment@ggha.ca (be sure to use ‘.ca’)
• Choose the ‘off-line’ option at checkout

Credit Card

• If paying by credit card a 3% fee will be added by team snap as their administration fee.
• Recurring payment can be chosen or full payment at the time of registration
• Choose the ‘online’ option at checkout

COMPETITIVE TRYOUTS

• Competitive tryouts are geared toward players wishing to compete in higher level development. Players new to hockey would likely not choose this option.
• Tryouts have not yet been approved by the OWHA. Once approved there will be a cost involved in participating in that process and payment will be through the Rockets Shop. Tryouts include a minimum of two hours of ice time and a jersey.

DISCOUNTS

Early Bird

$50 discount is available until August 15 and has already been adjusted to the season’s fees in Team Snap. Payments must be up to date by August 15^th or the discount may be removed from the registration.

OWHA

Last season the OWHA provided a refund to each player registered for the season. If your daughter played with GGHA in the 2020-21 season please select this option during the registration process and the discount will be deducted from the registration fee owing.

MULTIPLAYER DISCOUNT

Multiplayer discounts will be offered for families with more than two children registered in the Association. Once all players are registered, email registrar@ggha.ca. An adjustment providing a discount of 50% off the regular fee for the 3rd and additional players will be made to the registration in Team Snap. Please wait to make an online payment until you receive this discount.

FRIEND REQUESTS

Each season at the House Level players can request to play with one friend. This Google Form can be used to add the request.

Friend requests cannot be guaranteed but will be considered if:
-- They are mutual (friends request the same person i.e. Ann requests Jane and Jane requests Ann)
-- There is only one friend request made by the player
-- Friend requests can only be considered at the House level
-- If a friend request puts a teams at an unfair advantage or disadvantage then that friend request may not be met
